The business agreement
- We create a contractual relationship with our client and never encourage any third party
joint venture to enter in it.
- The time duration of services will be decided by the company and clients together and
charges will be made according to that.
- All clients will get monthly and periodical performance service report from us.
- Either we or the client cancel the services, a 10 days prior notice is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to engage a third party provider under sub contract for some of the
service tasks.
Payment terms
- Payments will be taken in full amount before commencing any services or packages.
- For a fixed code agreement, amount payable may vary depending upon the contact rules.
- Invoices will be provided by us according to client’s wish.
- Failure to payment at scheduled time will cancel the contract fully.
Liabilities we take
- We don’t take liability for any indirect or consequential losses caused due to our service
deliverables delay if it happens because of any natural or God causes.
- We do not take any responsibilities for false advertisement due to false information
provided by our any clients.
- Any marketing publications we have done for our clients will be accessible by public once we
post it and we do not take responsibility for any material screening.
Privacy Rights
- We do not share any personal information with any third party unless taking consent from the
clients. But our employees will be able to access this information due to nature of their
job.
- We take all precautions to prevent any loss, misuse or modification of your personal
information.
- We do not guarantee data security during internet transfer protocol.
- We ensure maximum security for money transactions and thus we use SSL encrypted
technology.
- We use cookies to track web user’s browsing information or to carry statistical analysis so
that we can improve our website performance.
- We also do not guarantee security for any third party links that are used as web ad while
you browse our website.
